How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders only. If you live outside of the United States shipping rates will apply.   

 How long after I place my order will it ship? 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order.

How do you ship your boxes? 

All domestic and international orders will be shipped either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We plan on switching over to DHL for all international orders. 

How can I track my package (domestic)?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door.

 My package is being returned to you, what do I do now? 

Please contact us, at 844-534-3649, as soon as you find out that your package has been shipped Back to Sender. Majority of packages returned are due to an invalid address, so we will need you to verify your address with us before we ship it out again.

 
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

We do our best to get packages delivered in a timely and efficient manner.  However, as with any product shipping things can go wrong or missing.  If you haven’t received your shipment but your tracking information states that your items have arrived please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue with them.  Check around your neighbor to ensure that the package was not left with a neighbor by mistake.  Once you’ve taken these steps, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating the missing items.  While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, we will do our best to help you locate them.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FAQS

Do you ship orders internationally? 

    We ship to MOST countries. To see if we ship to your location please fill out the Estimated Shipping and Tax section located on the right side of your shopping cart. Once filled out this will determine if we ship to your location and how much it would cost to ship there.  

How do I contact some about my order? 

      Generally, all order communication will occur via email due to the time difference, so it is very important that your email address is current. Please double-check your shipping address, too. Please provide your phone number since it is helpful when there is a problem with delivery.

How much will I pay for International shipping? 

Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. To determine how much shipping would cost, please fill out the Estimated Shipping and Tax section on the right hand side of your shopping cart.

PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. REAL KETONES, LLC CAN'T ANTICIPATE THESE COSTS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. How long will it take my international package to arrive? 

International orders take 1-2 days to process and, once shipped, typically arrive within 10-14 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?   

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Real Ketones, LLC can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Real Ketones, LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Real Ketones, LLC, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information. 

How can I track my package?
