What you will need:
A blender
1 serving Keto Meal Vanilla
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter (low sugar option)
2 tbsp sugar free strawberry jelly (use your favorite jelly!)
~10-12 ice cubes

How to make it:

The more time on the playground or for nap-time the better, so this one is pretty simple. You're going to toss the Keto Meal, almond milk, and peanut butter all in your blender. Then blend until smooth. In order to keep the jelly flavor strong, we suggest popping it in now and giving it a few pulses to incorporate it into your shake. This should give you a good balance as opposed to a super sweet peanut butter taste!

Break out the finger paints and relax- this shake will get you through your afternoon easier than painting that awesome stick figure you made there.. A+ work.
